To successfully develop and scale SPT, the project requires a total investment of €20M, as outlined in the financial model. Of this amount, €12m will be attracted from investors, while the remaining €8m is projected to be generated through operational activities. The funding will be secured in four stages:
Pre-Seed (2025): Product Launch and Market Entry

- Activities:
- Launch of the platform in Slovenia as a pilot market.
- Targeted marketing campaigns to attract users.
- Partnerships with local event organizers and ticket providers.
Seed (2026): 1st Stage of Scaling
- Total Amount: €2,000,000
- Activities:
- Expansion into key European markets such as Austria, Germany, Italy, Croatia, Czech Republic, and Switzerland.

Series A (2027): 2nd Stage of Scaling
